Importance of Baptism to become a Christian
It is most important to understand all there is to know about Baptism, and what is taught to us about it in the Bible, for without Baptism one cannot become a Christian. (Not man's law) but God's.
Peter said in Acts 2:38 "Repent and be Baptized  every one of you for the remission of sins, and you shall recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost".
In Mark 16:16 we are told that whoever believeth and is baptized shall be saved.
Matthew 28:19 tells us to go therefore , and teach all nations, Baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and of the Holy Ghost.
John 3:5 Jesus answered," Verily, Verily I say unto you except a man be born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God".
Acts 2:41 Then they that gladly reieved His word were Baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls
By viewing these few verses you can see that Baptism is of the utmost importance to becoming a Christian. Also there are many more verses in the Bible that confirms that. Please take the time to study about Baptism for your self and see what is said about it. This is the one main thing that all denominational churches leave out of the preaching they do on the the social media.
The word Baptism comes from the Greek word, Baptisma which means immersed. they were emersed at the river of Jordan (not sprinkled). It is a symbolic act of being buried with Christ in death and rising again a new creature (A Christian).  This act does not consist of sprinkling or the pouring of water over the head, it consist of being buried in the watery grave and coming out a new person ( A Christian), washed of our sins.
This is not a very hard thing to understand, yet so many people ignore the most important part of becoming a Christian by simply ignoring Baptism, and therefore losing out of being able to enter the Kigdom of God.
The Bible also doesn't mention baptizing infants or very young children, because they are not at the age of accountability and they don't know what baptism is all about. They must be of the age to know what is right and what is wrong, and why they must be baptized.
